We represent clients in discussions with the other side either directly or with their professional advisers and if they cannot reach a negotiated settlement they will make necessary submissions to an arbitrator or an independent expert for rent reviews or to the Courts or PACT for lease renewals. It is our activity in other sectors that gives us an edge. By letting a variety of different premises, acquiring the same and valuing everything in between, we know how the market values property and we use this knowledge in providing expert opinion to both landlords and tenants.
