We care about what we do, the service we provide and relationships with our clients, purchasers and tenants. Occasionally we get things wrong, we're only human. We hope you never need to make a complaint, usually queries can be dealt with quickly and easily and are often simply a misunderstanding but for the most serious of cases we have a Complaints Handling Procedure which you can access via the link below.
Complaints procedureAs part of our role letting and managing property we collect and hold client's money. We have a clear policy setting out our procedures for handling client's money.
