The nights are now well and truly drawing in and the daylight hours shortening. Despite the cold mornings and dark evenings, Scotts Property continue to work hard on behalf of all clients. The letting has allowed a local business producing chassis to expand existing operations from a nearby site. A success story for both our client and local business. Away from Scotts Property, Siemens officially opened their new £310 million off-shore wind plant on Thursday 1^st December in Hull. If you are travelling around the city of Hull you may well have noticed the 90 metre wind turbines assembled by the Dockside! The opening of the facility confirms the regions status as a hub for industry and now renewable energy. Good news for business and jobs in the area.
