Industrial Land Sales on the Up!

Scotts Property LLP report the sale of c. 6 acres of land at Melton. Matthew Tomlinson commented – ‘Demand for industrial land appears to be on the up. Within the last month Scotts have concluded on 4 separate land sales totalling some 9 acres with a further 5 separate sales totalling c. 5 acres in the pipeline. The purchasers are a combination of owner-occupiers and developers with the majority of land acquired for future development. Construction means jobs which is all good news for the City.'
