Letting of the former Co-op at Princes Court

Scotts Property LLP is pleased to report the letting of the former Co-op at Princes Court, Princes Avenue, Hull to the Humber NHS Teaching Trust.

This deal has been 3 years in the making with Chris Mason leading a team including Helen Wescott and Will O'Brien negotiating terms on behalf of the landlord.

Chris commented , ‘there was a strong desire on all sides to see this transaction happen hence all parties perseverance over a lengthy period. The adaptation of the unit by the landlord enables much needed health services to relocate from dated facilities in the Park Street area to a ground floor with good public access , transport links and parking. Bringing this matter to a conclusion was a great team effort involving the commitment of both the landlord and tenant , planning consultants , solicitors and contractors '.

There is a doctors surgery, pharmacy and further retail units as part of the wider Princes Court development which as a whole is managed by Scotts Property LLP under the stewardship of Ed Chisholm.
