Sale of Business Park Will Lead to Jobs

The high specification Business Park built approximately 10 years ago totalling c. 40,000 sq ft on c. 1.8 acres has been sold to a Hessle based company to house their fast expanding manufacturing needs which is likely to create a significant number of local jobs.
