Scotts Score a Hat Trick

Following the securing of separate leasehold premises to national operators Morrells Paints and UR Refrigeration Scotts Property report a letting to Howdens Joinery. Matthew Tomlinson commented ‘We sold the former car showroom and petrol filling station to a well-established local investor whilst at the same time we secured a letting of the main showroom to Howdens Joinery. The prominently located site on Hedon Road formerly occupied by Devries Honda and more recently Advantage Motor Group became available last year. Once appointed we targeted parties that would benefit from the prominent position which lead to our swift negotiations with Howdens Joinery. We are particularly impressed with Howdens Joinery approach which includes a full refurbishment of the former car showroom. The balance of site is earmarked for further development in due course details of which are yet to be announced.'
