Big changes are happening at Scotts following the instruction of Matthew Tomlinson as a partner. Matthew joins forces with Lawrence Brown and Tim Powell, bringing his expertise on all aspects of industrial property to the partnership.
After working for the practice for 12 years, Matthew is looking forward to being a part of the future growth saying “The business has evolved significantly over recent years and I welcome the opportunity to be involved with the future direction of the practice.”
Scotts are renowned for providing well considered and balanced advice whilst remaining understated. Matthew adds “I have been fortunate to have trained with the firm from the outset of my career developing a range of good core skills within the profession with the appreciated support of hardworking and committed colleagues.”
Matthew will be predominantly based in the Hull office and will continue to advise on all aspects of industrial property as well as becoming involved in the running of the firm, concentrating on promotion and marketing.
